Process Page:

Here is the progress I have made so far with my new logo.

Here is the first sketch that I made to base the digital logo after.

Here is where I started making the body and white portion. I chose a color pallet to follow and that is why I have the colors on the side.

At this point I added the facial features, flippers and yarn. One of the things I was struggling with here is that I accidentally made the body transparent and I couldn't figure out how to put it back. I eventually solved this problem by copying and pasting the blue body and it somehow went back to normal. I also found a reference picture for the yarn.

Here I used the reference image to loosely follow the direction of the yarn strands. I did this by adding curves one by one over the picture.
