Experimentation Page:
Since I only have the lighting in my project to finish, I decided to review some of the ways I can give my scene natural lighting. I found a YouTube video that goes over two options I could utilize for natural lighting.
The first option the video talks about is using an HDRI image. I have used this before in the past, and it has worked decently well. However, it does have a few problems as mentioned in the video. Sometimes the they do not perfectly match your scene, or the lighting is not exactly what you want. They video goes over solutions for these problems, by showing you how to give the scene lighting from a different HDRI image, and also by showing you how to make an atmospheric perspective through fog.
Option 2:
The second option talks about using an image as background, however, this is only a feature in blender 2.9, and I don't think it would work with my file. Also, since it is only an image, when the camera moves, you might be able to see the parts of the sky not covered by the image. This is why I am much more inclined to use an HDRI image.
Conclusion:
I think I will end up using the HDRI method, as I am familiar with it, and I don't feel like I have many other options that would work for my project. So unless I figure out another way to create natural lighting easier, I plan to use an HDRI image.
