End of MP 2 Presentations Reflection

After seeing all the presentations from my classmates, I have taken into account what they have learned and the different ways they progressed through their project. I hope put these skills to use in my future projects, and even moving forward with my current project. One of the presentations that inspired me was Winnie's project. Even though we are exploring different forms of art, I still learned something from her experience. Winnie decided to make a tutorial about how to make a cookie in Minecraft. To make this video, she explored photoshop and experimented with premier pro to make visuals, titles, and a character. I thought her idea was very creative, and I liked how she used photoshop and premier pro in different ways than she had before. This inspires me to try experimenting with both premier pro and photoshop in the future so I can learn new effects and ways to incorporate new ideas into my projects. Intention Definition & Exploration of Ideas:  The concepts I chose to follow in my animation are Nature and Looking Outward. This combination is about looking around in our everyday lives and finding that nature is there everywhere we go, throughout our whole lives. No matter how old you are, we all experience nature in some of the same ways. We all watch the snow fall outside of our window in the winter. We see the leaves fall from the sky during a walk in autumn. We feel the wind as we roll our car windows down in the summer. And we watch as colorful flowers bloom as spring rolls around. That is why decided to try and capture that experience in my project. One of the reasons why I chose to do this theme is because I have been inspired by how nature looks in digital art, film, and games.
